Lighthouse at sea built in 1912, the lighthouse of Nividic rises to 35 meters. It could never have been inhabited. The boarding difficulties and the very short working time on the rock led to the installation of an aerial ferry between the land and the lighthouse. The workers were slowly sent about twenty meters above the waves. Then in 1971 the Nividic lighthouse was equipped with a landing platform for helicopters. The lighthouse marks the Pointe de Pern, in the west of the island of Ouessant.
