

This splendid 3-masted schooner was built at the beginning of the 20th century for Wilson Marshall, Member of the New York Yacht Club. Luxurious but nevertheless very speedy, she became a legend in 1905 when she won the record for crossing the Atlantic, which she kept for 75 years. Eric Tabarly dethroned her in 1980 with his trimaran "Paul Ricard".
The little sailboat must have been a little surprised... But he was in the front row to admire her elegance and power!
